The biting behavior is a puppy stage - some would say to never let them bite your hands, and that is probably good advice. Say "no" and give them something else to chew on as the poster above said. I didn't do that with Rowdy, and he did stop biting, maybe about 5 months old or so. He is 9 months old now and never bites at all. When Rowdy would start running around like a crazy dog, I'd take him for a walk and tire him out. As they say, a tired puppy is a good puppy. A good walk worked everytime. Energy frenzies are a puppy stage also, it does get lots better, but lots of exercise in the form of walks with you - is always a good solution to many behavior problems.
