You and your fiancee need to step in and make him understand he is not top dog. By you allowing unwanted behavior you are allowing him to believe he is top dog and able to do anything he wants. A firm but GENTLE touch to the back of the neck and a noise to let him know this is bad behavior followed by turning him away from the lab will start to get the message that YOU are top dog across. I use a shhh sound and now only need to do the shhh when unwanted actions start. It will take a little time and a lot of consistent action on ya'lls part. The lab should be fed first, given treats and attention first, allowed through the doorways before the Yorkie. Give calm praise and even a treat when the Yorkie ignores the lab coming into the room.
