Personally, I would not "ship" a puppy. When I need to get a pup from here to there and it is too far for me to hand deliver or for the new Mom and Dad to come here, I use a "Personal Escort" service. The pup is picked up at either Atlanta or Birmingham airport, flown in the cabin with the escort and then personally handed over to the new owners. It's worth a few extra $$ to see that the pups get this type of care.
