I don't think that it's wrong to have them cremated. I think it's a wonderful idea. It shows that no matter what, they were still loved. I know how hard it is to loose a baby.
I'm glad that the others are doing well. You might want to grind up their food a bit in a processer so that they can get used to it. The rice cereal and goats milk is a big hit with my babies. They are now 4 weeks old and love it. When you feel that they are getting good at the cereal, you can start grinding the other food less. I use the Chicken Soup for Dogs and they love it. They are lapping it up as well as the cereal.
I would keep the babies, get everyone fixed and enjoy the extended family. It sounds like they are already set as being part of the family and enjoying your company.
