Kathy had a service to bring them, they put her under the seat. This way she could monitor the water and anything she may need. I would do it again in a heart beat, she is a very well adjusted puppy. I can say it traumatized me more then it did her. I know of a lot of airlines that are animal friendly now and a lot of Hotels also.
