There are Canadian Breeders in YTCA as you found out. However, keep in mind patience is the key word here. It's been mentioned that most reputable breeders will not let a dog go on open registration very easily. So be prepared to do the time.....No short cuts. If you're willing and your heart is in the right place, you'll find a good mentor.
