I don't have kids so I'm kind of useless here. I just wanted to tell you to have patience with your furbaby. He got all the attention before the baby and it's hard to have to share mommy. Give him time to adjust. Don't give up on him. Maybe taking him to obedience classes for a refresher (and alone time with mommy) will help him get back to being his usually adorable self. Good suggestions. Congratulations!!! There is a trainer where we took obedience classes who will come to the house and help with this transition. Can you can find someone like that? Maybe when you have the baby in your arms you can get on the floor and let him sniff the baby. I would have something that he never gets--maybe roast beef?--just tiny pieces that you can give him when he is close to the baby. It might make him associate the baby with yummy treats. These are just ideas--I have no babies yet so I'm not sure if they are good or not. Good luck to you!!
