This sounds like the one I got for Hedley, it was a kitten harness and the only one that would fit when we first got him. Unfortunately they only had pink and its caused a few remarks.
He has now got used to a collar and we have actually found one that fits, but what bothers me is with quite small dogs even small collars seem bulky and lumpy, particularly when reduced down to size. The fastening clip creates quite a bit of bulk too.
I would like to find a really comfy collar for him!
