I wouldn't say noted for certain traits. But, what breeder/exhibitors early on in their programs is to set "type". What they prefer in a yorkie, a look that is within the started.
No one line is noted for nice silky coats, as most attempt to breed for them. Nice heads, yes, well all like them, but each has their own look.
