Brenda~

Have you thought about joining online WW? Just go to their website and look around...sometimes they will even have a free online week. Also, you might attend a meeting in your area. Again, they typically offer a free visit....for your first meeting. I have gone to two of them and found that I prefer doing it at home instead of attending meetings. I do plan to go to one in a couple of weeks, though....with a friend that is just starting out. But, I personally do just fine keeping track at home.

Here is a Weight Watchers recipe that I use alllllllll of the time. It has become a staple in my home. I even eat it for breakfast sometimes...and snacks.

1 large can crushed pineapple
1 small box vanilla sugar-free pudding mix
1 banana
1 small can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 cup mini marshmallows

In a large mixing bowl, dump in crushed pineapple (with juice). Add the pudding mix and stir together well. Add oranges (drained) to the pineapple mixture....then add the marshmallows. Cut up slices of banana and also add. Chill and eat! 1 cup=1 point.

I have other easy ones, too...if you want them.
