No Dexter's sister Deb wasn't home , remember when he said someone is a little piggy (Meaning she was a slob), after he entered the house? Well that was Deb's house/ Dexter's wife called to say she was coming home to get her ID, then when Dexter called her back he heard her phone ring in the house and then he found her bag on the chair, then he heard his son crying. That is when he found her dead .
