Default New puppies not planned ***please help anyone***

Hi and Happy Holidays to all, I am truly in a doggy pickle. My babies Jack 2yrs and 5 months and Bailey 1yr and 9 months just had a small UNPLANNED family.
Please please, someone with information if you want to give your mothering opinion on how I am doing or (go ahead give me crap) but it was completely unplanned. Jack should have been fixed and without doubt I allowed my husband to convince me that he needed to keep his *manhood* Wow what an idiot I am, and Bailey she had her first heat and I had been told by our vet to wait for her second heat then get her spayed. It was good the first time, I kept both of them in diapers and it worked completely.
Then came the second heat.... I was working fulltime hours this time but continued to put the diapers on them and had them watched by my family to make doubly sure that they were kept from somehow getting their "clothes off" (I had even put them in baby clothes so they wouldnt be able to get out of their diapers).
Now past is past but I am sure my dear old mom decided it would be nice to have puppies in our family because Bailey was suddenly (and obviously without surprise pregnant)...... I was guessing...
Then after reading and counting for due dates, I really started to feel movement in her belly. So I told my husband that we needed to have her seen (but he thinks he knows everything and his two vet friends told him that if all goes naturally they should be fine anyway) and surely enough I have been in between vets because our favorite vet left the practise and disappeared. Surly this would be fine but the new vet there was not good with my Yorkies so (after giving my Bailey her shot for a wrong age and then fixing it by giving them another shot.... she went into anaphalitic* shock (sorry cant spell that). They had to give her three more shots after that to save her life, and she was petrified, now she trusts no one but her family.
So without a doubt finding a proper vet had been priority but we kept running into the original gentle vet at the vet emergency hospital, so we kept delaying finding someone new cause she was comfortable with him (I realize that was stupid).
Anyway, after a while... it came to I was sure delivery time... we had counted and calculated the days, due date was or should seem to be in the week of Nov 1st-7th.
Well we were wrong.... on the week before Halloween, the Thursday night... Bailey was up all night wining so I watched her and seriously started bothering my husband to find a vet (cause he knew so many vets) *please understand we love our fur babies, Jack and Baileys are part of me I am their mommy* but ignorant to everything but what we researched on the net about whelping.... I went by my own signs when I went through my pregnancies. So on Friday night again I said she should be seen because she was up all night wining. Still I didnt follow my instincts and just take her to the emergency. Saturday she had calmed down and slept, but I kept saying it may be the calm before the storm.
Well Sunday night Oct 25th, Bailey had literally dug a hole through my sheets, and I told dad (my hubby) that I didnt care about what his vet friends said I figured it was time and with or without him I was taking her into emergency.
God please forgive me for not listening sooner, the poor baby been in labor and still the vet said he needed to take an xray if it was okay cause she had only dilated a centimeter.
Well the xray came back and two were stuck blocking her birth canal, the first one was bent so his bum was in the canal only and the girl was upsidedown and her head was jammed with his butt. There were still two more another male and female further up just waiting to be delivered.
He decided (if it was okay with us) to give her a cesarian section I quickly agreed and said money is no object with these babies because I wanted my baby saved, and also asked please spay her if he could in there. He said he could and soon after called us in saying "put on these gloves you get to see the puppies and moms gonia be fine".
But to our shock..... we were supposed to try to help revive them because there were only three people including the vet there that late at night and they needed all hands on deck. They handed me the first two then my hubby took one of the other other two and the nurse had one and kept an eye on all while I held the two that were not expected to make it and tried to revive them without any knowledge of the fact that it was useless. We lost them 1 male 1 female the one nearly came around for maybe 5 mins but they took him and he also died.
So you heard what started but here is the full dilemma, I have now two babies one male and one female, we have lovingly named them Budderball (m) and Fiesty (f) but I am so worried about braking up the pair, they have each other and love their time together, I am sure that there would and could be not more spoiled newborns in the world. They know us and lovingly know how to give kisses sit and pee on the puppy pad. They sleep on my bed with Jack and Bailey in between mine and dads pillows in a doggy bag so they are not to roam in the night.
Bailey doesnt want to nurse anymore she only does it for me when I sit with her and at times that her milk is causing painful swelling. They are six weeks nearly 2 months and they started on Royal Canine for small puppies mixed with formula and hot water and ground but now they also enjoy the odd broken up treat. Anyway, my other question is.. that my daughter and I found little trays of Cesars for puppies and I was wondering if its good (really okay)for their ages as I realize its never going to fulfill the nutritional value of Royal Canine..
please please whatever your opinion please give it to me good or bad.
thanks so much for your time and sorry this is sooooooo long..
