Now dontget me wrong, her dogs are beatutful and are quality but for a pet I don't think the price is worth it. But since you are investing into a breeding program I say she's the right avenue. I believe shell provide you with the support you'll need, the resources to move your program forward and the end result will be an responsible breeder who has been mentored and provided stock that will in fact better the breed.
