I weighed in today and the scale is where I wanted it to be, but I'm having the hardest time getting motivated to work out, I just have to make myself do it.
I could understand if I wasn't seeing results, but I'm actually on track and doing good so you would think that would motivate you to want to keep it up. Hopefully it's just a lazy spell and I'll get over it soon.
Any tips for how you guys work through this part of it? |
