I definately pluck. There's so much fuzz that it can also trap dirt.
I only pluck them every couple of weeks - prior to their baths. I use the powder to pluck the hair and then when I put them in the tub I use the liquid cleaner to flush out anything that may be in the canal. Never had any ear problems and they both had a vet check last week - she said they looked great.
