Rachael Rays food is better than Purina if you can't find anything else but where in Ohio are you from. I grew up and spent most of my life in Michigan and Ohio is a pretty populated state so I am surprised there is not more options for you.

The vinegar has to be organic if you do that but you need to do your homework before you start throwing things in their water...you can do a search here on YT using vinegar.

Here is also a website for you to look at the quality of dog food you are using.
