UPDATE!

Well, Dame hit the nail on the head (she PM'd me and mentioned lymph nodes). The vet confirmed today that her left lymph node is a little swollen. It has gone down A LOT but it still a tiny bit swollen.

The vet couldn't say it if was bacterial or not and she wanted to give Meg antibiotics, but I said no. The infection is already nearly gone (due to the size reduction) and I don't want to give Meg antibiotics if she doesn't really need them. I swear, the vet here passes antibiotics out like candy or dog biscuits or something.

Anyway, I will go back in a couple days if the swelling isn't completely gone, but... yay! I'm so relieved that it was nothing more serious. THanks for all your help, guys!!!
