I know Layla has had little pimples on her belly before- they kinda just came and went.
Layla still has allergy issues now that it is winter. She will have days where her eyes are SO watery- i feel just awful for her.
I would bathe your pup and see if her tummy clears up, and give her eyes a few days as well.
