she doesn't get car sick it shouldnt be a problem. It's no worse than a long car ride. Just let her do her business before you enter the airport and that should be all she needs. I wouldn't give her any medication because that in itself could make her nauseous. If she is pad trained you can if needed carry one and use the airport bathroom, otherwise it will be fine.
