it's 50mg 4 times a day. I'm at work and don't have the bottle with me. I carry my day's supply...lol The topomax is 100mg twice a day. So, I think the tramadol is 50 4 times. Needless to say, the combo of fibro fog and drug fog doesn't make my brain function at maximum capacity and shhh. I'm a 911 dispatcher... how scary is that?!??!
