Well the way I see it, you can either correct the behavior now or take a wait and see approach, and correct it later.
All you have to do is watch Cesar to know what other issues could arise.
I believe in Cesar because I have used his methods and they work. I do not dominate as in putting them on their backs and would not do that unless they bit me. But I do make them wait before they can eat until I tell them OK.
With 8 dogs you have to make sure you are in control or there would be chaos.
If you are a natural pack leader, there is really nothing to be done other than being who you are. But If your dog is chewing on you, peeing on you humping you etc. I would correct it.
