oh my goodness we went throught that with KImbo! We started to exercise him more in the evening and feed him dinner an hour later. We also make sure we sleep with a fan on. That way he doesn't hear every little noise and become alarmed. The barking lasted for 1 or 2 weeks and he finally started sleeping through the night again.
