Here is a person who saved a dogs life along with her pups and he could go to prison for 14 years. Yes, he should have gotten a signed release but the bigger picture is the dog had been hit by a car was laying in the snow and dying and a neighbor complained and this man drove 5 hours to help this dog. Nothing has happened to the man who did nothing for his dog but leave her outside screaming in pain in the snow along with her pups. 
I cannot believe more of you can't take 4 minutes to write emails to voice your outrage at what is going on in Idaho.
