I don't have either of these- lol but i have used photoshop
The photoshop- is there a "lasso" tool. I believe you can turn the whole thing b/w and then lasso the part you want in color and turn it back- i could be WAY off- but it is somewhere to start!
also can't you use photo shop to turn the picture into a painting? isn't there an "effects" tab?
i REALLY hope someone who REALLY knows what they are doing comes by to help!
