Just an FYI, Zaccheus' cleft was only a pin hole size. In fact, we weren't even sure he had one when he was so tiny. We just went on the assumption, and ended up being correct.
As for the formula, I never had any trouble with it. I used powdered Esbilac. Of course, I only had my vet's advice, at the time. But Zacchie is fine and healthy now, after a year and a half.
