Penelope's black coat is changing to blue, hopefully like the hair on top of her head cause she has nice hair there. But her blue undercoat is all wirey and straggly looking, and not thick and silky like her black coat. Please tell me this is normal! Also her blue undercoat is pushing the top black coat up, so it looks like she has wings on her saddle. I love her black coat, will her blue coat be shiney, silky, and thick like her black one?
