Yes it is...I am so bothered by it. We went to lunch today just down the street from the Galleria (Neiman Marcus is there) and if it had not been so late I would have gone there. Just did not want to get stuck in traffic. I think I am going to go sometime next week.
I am "sort of" hoping I might talk myself out of it by then.
