Default Trouble pooping in the cold.

I've been training my puppy Kimchee to potty indoors. The thing is, she has no problem peeing on the pads but she will not poop indoors. She always asks to go out (by barking, becoming agitated and heads toward the door) to poop.

Anyways, this has worked out well but lately it's been very cold here in Chicago. She will ask to go out but once we are out she'll sniff around but will not poop. I'll bring her back in but then she asks to go out a couple more times until finally she can't take it anymore and eventually poops outside.

Any ideas of how to get her to poop indoors? I bought the Potty Patch and planned on having her poop on that and pee on the pads (she won't poop in the same place she pee'd). Unfortunately she won't do either on the Potty Patch.

Ideally, I would like to keep the Potty Patch in the garage and take her there to poop on that. It would be much warmer for the both of us.
