I'm so happy Miss Sugar liked everything. We had so much fun. I have never made Jerky before...so we spent the last few weeks trying different methods out.
We tried baking, and drying...we tried different kinds of chicken...different flavors and I made everyone in the hosue try it untill we all agreed on that one. The chicken we decided on is organic chicken with a
very light soy sauce just to make sure it keeps a little longer.
