Seriously, It's great that you have a schedule, especially for pottying, this will help tremoundously with getting it under control. As for accounting for everything so close to a schedule, I'd let Okie show me what she is ready for.

I would not shower her on her first day, I think it would overwhelm her. Remember, her little world is turned upside down and inside out, so just let her get used to her new place and new mommy and daddy. She's going to explore and find her boundaries. She's got to gain her confidence with you and her new home.

We had Hot Rod in his crate in the family room from day one. It tore me up because he cried the first night for a short while and then the 2nd for a shorter while. Now he goes into his xpen when we tell him go night, night. It tore me up! I got a baby monitor so I could hear if he needed a potty break or was really upset.

A lot of folks recommend bringing the carrier into the bedroom, that is totally up to you. We didn't and Hot Rod and Maggie May are fine.

Once we got his expen, I had his pad, crate, food and water in there for him. I eventually moved his water bowl to the kitchen and then his food as well.

sounds like you are going to be a great yorkie mommy, congratulation and can't wait to see pictures of Okie. hugs.

Thanks for the great advice!
It definitely helped in some of the decision making process.
As for showering, decided against it as well.
And sounds like Hot Rod and Maggie May is so independent!!!!
