So sorry that the groomer did this, I don't know why they shave the nose either, but the groomer I worked for did this also unless asked not to. She does listen to her clients. The grooming is not that hard to do yourself. Go slow and work until you feel comfortable. Buy the wahl tid bit clippers, they work great for the ears, sanitary, and pads of the feet. I also have andis clippers with a few different blades. petedge.com is a good place to buy clippers, shears, and other grooming supplies. Good luck!!!!!
