She is absolutely precious, but I for the life of me can not understand why a groomer would shave just the top of her nose? If you were shaving everything else, then maybe. This is why I refuse to take Missy or Dora to a groomer. Missy's coat has just been growing and growing, I continue to trim her feet and the tips of the ears. Once it hits the floor I'll just keep trimming the tips, and if it ever becomes a matted, knotty, mess...then I'll just put her in a puppy cut. I will do it all myself though, without grooming experience. I figure she's safer, happier, and it probably looks better than what the groomers would do anyways by the sounds of it
