I have had issues before with different groomers not listening, but after today, I am over it!! I specifically said 3 times, DO NOT touch the hair on Lexi's face! I just wanted a sanitary cut and I wanted them to shave their bellies after seeing a thread on here and since I have so much trouble with matting there. Well, they shaved her nose and neither of them even had bellies shaved!!
I know people make mistakes, but we talked about it and he even repeated what I wanted!! Agh!!! I am just so afraid to do it myself and that I will mess them up, but I am tired of paying for the PROFESSIONALS to mess it up!!!
She is still my pretty little princess, but why did they have to shave the nose!!!!! And soooo short!
