For me it is a daily occurance with TJ. When I am at home I have a good chance of getting it before he does, but he is also smart, and he knows to go certain places to poop when I am busy and not looking! I know he waits for the right moment to poop and eat it just when I am occupied with something else.
When I do catch him, I now scrape it out of his mouth with my fingers (true love) then we go to the bathroom and I take a wet wash cloth and wipe his teeth and the roof of his mouth (I usually have to do this a couple of times to clean out the poop), then I brush his teeth. And then I wash my hands like crazy!!!
This has to stop, or I need eye balls in the back of my head! |
