 how cold is too cold?
We are on day 3 of Layla not getting a walk in or playing fetch outside because I think it is just too cold. The temp is only -2 C but with the windchill it is -18. For those of you in cold weather- how do you know when it is too cold to go out? I know i could bundle her up nice and warm but I don't know if the windchill is just too low. any thoughts?
