UPDATE! Fly is a calm reserved boy. He was adopted and the family changed their minds so he is available again. Help get this senior out of the shelter!
ORIGINAL STORY:
This boy is small. He is approx. 5 pounds. We honestly are not sure what he is mixed with. He looks like a 'toy' terrier of some kind---possibly a yorki-poo or Affenpinscher mix.......he has erect ears and a stubby tail and wavy black fur. We are sure of one thing that he is cute. The person who found him said he is a love bug and wants to be a lap dog. He loves attention and is pretty well behaved.....he still needs some housetraining issues resolved (he likes to hike his leg in the house) but other than that she said he was a great 'tiny' companion. She had other dogs otherwise she said she would have kept him.
He is a senior and was started on Rimadyl by a local vet. When we had him checked over she felt he was arthritic. He is approx. 7 yrs. old. Fly (very small) is up-to-date with routine shots.
