GGGGRRRRR! I'm getting more and more angry with every phone call I make! First I called several local shelters and humane societies and they told me there are no SPCAs in this area and all I can do is call animal control. Which I did.. they were closed but had another number to the main county animal humane society so I left a message with the animal control.. then I called the humane society talked to a lady there. THEN she said the only thing I could do was go to the county Sheriff Dept and fill out some kind of complaint!!! Could the system really make this any more difficult!!? I MEAN GEESH! So I'm going to go in the Sheriffs dept on monday and fill out a complaint and I will keep everyone posted. Thanks for all the support and help.

Well, you tried
