Coco is BEAUTIFUL, she is so lucky to have you now (and you her).
I saw that someone suggested you get samples of dog food, that is what I had to do in order to find something Sophie Kate likes (and she still changes her mind about every two months).
It maybe also she is still a little sore from her surgery and doesn't feel like eating yet (went through that also).
I am so happy that you have Coco. In my opinion you are treating her the way a dog would want to be treated, keeping her clean, taking her for walks and just loving her.
