Congrats on your new addition to the family. She's a cutie.
You can try mixing some dry food with some canned puppy food to get her to start eating. Just be cautious that she may have some diarehha because you don't know what she was eating before. Get some nutri-cal. This will help if she has any low blood sugar attacks. Talk to her and explain what's going on.
