Default Potty Advice

We just received our bundle of joy, Paisley Noel, last Tuesday and she is the light of our life. She is 13 weeks old and 3.1 pounds. We are keeping her gated in the kitchen with puddle pads (which the breeder used). She knows where the poop goes but can't manage getting the pee on the pads. We have four pads down sort of in two groups. We have started letting her into the family room to play with the family (only adults - no children) and have it gated off with a puddle pad down and she never misses it (both pee and poop)!!! We give her praise when she hits in any location. How can we get her peeing better in the kitchen. She appears to be holding all night long (her big comfy bed is in the kitchen in a corner) and will hit the pad first thing in the morning. Also, she seems to pee A LOT!!!! Sometime two or three times in an hour and then not again for four hours. Any advice is most appreciated and welcomed!!!!
