I understand you are not wanting to pay over $500 for a puppy. Why don't you wait and start a savings account to the amount that would get you a better puppy and you can start your research for a very good reputable breeder instead of wanting one that might end up costing way more than you ever expected in health care issues. I highly suggest to do more research and start saving to buy a better bred dog.
