Look, there are always going to be young women (in this case either cocktail waitresses or porn stars) who will want to hook up with a rich man, married or not.
These men are not wild animals who cannot control their urges.. Tiger should have smiled, maybe told the young women that he was flattered, thought about his wife and babies at home, and KEPT IT IN HIS PANTS. Plenty of men do this every day, but it doesn't make good headlined. And it gets easier with practice. These women are never going to go away. So if Tiger and Elin are going to save their marriage, Tiger needs to change HIMSELF...
My husband is a really handsome guy. (We have what I call an "inter-facial" marriage--he is great looking, and I am not). Women are hitting on him all the time. When it happens, I smile to myself and make note of their good taste. But if he cheated on me, that would be a whole other story...
