Your baby is precious! And yes my Lulu has been doing that since she was six months old. I first noticed it when I was reprimanding her behavior. She turned and looked at me and stuck her tongue out!!! Ever since then, if she doesn't understand what I am saying to her - out comes her tongue. I love it.
She even sleeps with it hanging out. Here is a pic of her, she is now 5 yrs.
