They can't. The vet is on vacation and gets back on Monday.
Because I live in Korea, I can't just find another vet. There are, of course, other vets here, but they all speak Korean. There is one vet I know of who speaks at least a little English, but my concern is that he will start poking/prodding/giving shots and I won't know what he is doing. I almost feel that it's better to leave it alone until I can get to a vet that I can totally communicate with and trust.
I'm keeping a careful watch on it though, and going to Mr. Kim is my plan B.
Meg still doesn't seem bothered by it, and she is eating normally. She has been a bit more cuddly, but she just came into heat today (fyi - we're on the wait list for a spay) and I think the cuddliness has more to do with that than the lump.
