Hi there, first off I am sorry your doggie isnt doing well, I totally understand how worried you are. Its frustrating not knowing. Well here is sugeestion that might help, you can take him to a groomer and have them extract his anal glands... the cost is not alot, as a matter of fact it should be included with this grooming., but it shouldnt be more then 20.00. Also check to see if his hairs are long around his anal area, sometimes when their hairs are long they wont poop, its not that they cant, they just wont. Sanatary issue (instinctional) I hope my advise helps a little. Please let us know what happens. Good luck.

P.S If he is constipated, give him some or half of the little ceaser (wet dog food) or pour some dog food gravy in his dry dog food
