here are a few of my recipe combos:
salmon, carrots, wild rice, sweet potato, oats, parmesan cheese
skinless chicken breast, carrots, green peas, a little bit of corn, wild rice
lean turkey, lentils, wild rice, veggies, parmesan
I freeze the meals in small containers and defrost as needed. I add the homecooked meal to their canned food for a change of flavor.
