Granted, I'm disappointed by what has come to surface regarding the situation with Tiger Woods, but I'm even more disgusted by the fact that the general public feels like it's their right to have all the details divulged to them.  I feel sorry for his wife for having to deal with such a horrible situation and I feel even worse for her knowing that she's having to deal with it in the public spotlight...all because there are people who find 'entertainment' in what transpires in the personal lives of others. |
I am sorry, but if you are professional athelete, you are a role model, like it or not, Kids look up to you so you better live your life a little more like those that toe the line. You give up a lot to be a superstar in the public eye so you need to be aware of what you do in front of, and behind close doors because you never know who may have a camera or cell phone. (What you do in the dark will soon come to light) Character is what you do when no one is around. Can you honestly tell me these knuckle heads have good charcter....And yes, they are role models...If you do not remember, Vick raised DOGS to fight and if they did not they were killed!!!!
