Default Increased urinating, but not a bladder infection

I will try to condense this as much as I can.

A few weeks ago I went to Florida with Jemma via plane. Not a peep out of her. We stayed at my son's who owns a cute little Maltese. They got along so well. But they were constantly licking each others tongues. Grossed me out.
Anyway, 10 days later we fly home. Jemma not a happy camper on the plane back.
The next day her stool was too soft, almost mud like and she vomited once. Bile. I know she wasn't hungry as she ate as usual.
I thought it was possibly due to all the stress of being away from home, being in a new place and another dog and flying. The stool firmed, no more vomiting. But a few days later I found her urinating EVERYWHERE. She squated right in front of me on the rug. I took her to the vet thinking of urinary tract infection.
They did a urine test. But they had to send it out. They did use the strip in office to see if it showed anything. No sugar in it, no blood, it looked good. While we waited for the results to come in she wanted to start her on a antibiodic. She put her on Clavamox 2x a day, given with food.
The vet called me with the results. No infection. She told me being Jemma seemed to improve with the Meds, I was to keep her on them. She said possibly we caught something right in the beginning but again said it's just a guess.
Jemma is now 1 yr old. 4 pounds nine oz. She is on the raw prey diet.
Tonight she urinated about 4 times in 30 minutes, right after she ate. And she urinated a lot, not just little squirts. I look at her water bowl every night when I come in to check her intake of fluids. No increase in drinking at all. She's been on the Clavamox now for 6 days, 4 more days to go.
Anyone experience this, or anyone give me some ideas please? She is eating fine, doesn't seem to be in any distress or pain. ???????

Thank you all for any input you can provide
