Puppies/dogs can certainly have loose stools because of stress or change in diets, but if coccidia is present, it will need treated. Blood in the stool is always reason for veterinary attention IMHO. It is so much easier to treat early onset rather than later when the puppy is very very ill from it. They go down hill so very fast and it is an inexpensive treatment.

I should have asked. How old are your dogs? I don't know how mature dogs are affected by coccidia or if they are. I thought you were talking about young puppies.
