For the love-of-Pete! How in God's green earth can you KNOW a dog is missing. SEE a tiny dog drinking from a puddle and not STAY WITH THE DOG until people have been notified? I am just Godsmacked by this odd behavior. And now the little dog isn't there anymore. Geeez! I think I'd get that dog to come to me even if I had to crawl on my belly like a snake.
